The terms & conditions of Entice Software are legally bound. By assigning the work to us, client will have to follow the terms and conditions of our company, and you confirm that you are in agreement with and by the terms and conditions below.

The visitors are not authorised to submit fraudent, scene, defamatory and irritating remarks. These types of remarks are highly objectionable. Entice Software cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature.

For the purposes of providing these services, client agrees to provide:

Give “Entice Software” FTP access to the website for uploading new pages, and making changes for the purpose of optimization OR approval to go through 3rd Party.

Client authorizes “Entice Software” use of all client logos, trademarks, Web site images, text etc., for use in creating informational pages and any other uses as deemed necessary by “Entice Software”. Client guarantees any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided to “Entice Software” for inclusion on the website above are owned by Client, or that Client has received permission from the rightful owner(s) to use each of the elements, and will hold Harmless, protect, and defend “Entice Software” and its subcontractors from any liability or suit arising from the use of such elements.

Entice Software does not provide any kind of services regarding adult or Porno websites.

Entice Software reserves the right to refuse any service to anyone at any time.

Entice Software will not be liable for costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the failure to meet agreed deadlines.

Once a website has been designed and completed the final balance of payment is then due in accordance with our payment terms. There are no exceptions to this, i.e If the client decides they no longer want the site, as they have commissioned the work and paid a deposit they are still obliged to pay for the work that has been done. Non payment, fraud or any kind of dispute related to website will result in legal action being taken if necessary, intend to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of india, Haryana India.

Entice Software will ensure that any developed/designed site or application will function correctly on the server it is initially installed in and that it will function correctly when viewed with the web browser Google Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge. Entice Software can offer no guarantees of correct functioning with all browsers.

Entice Software maintains secracy of all personal information of the clients such as your password credit card number, bank account number and any information that you give to us, such as your name, email address, address, telephone numbers & fax numbers etc to any outside sources.

Entice Software will not disclose or use any information about you without your permission and will provide the means for you to manage and control the information that you have provided to us.
